PART-BAKED BREAD. Baguette (Original/ Multigrain/ Country Style)
Plain baguette: A traditional white recipe with balanced flavours and a pale cream interior. Made with wheat flour Label Rouge. Uses a fermented dough for an even better taste.
Country Style baguette: A baguette with wheat and rye flours and Bridor leaven. Made with wheat flour Label Rouge.
Multgrain baguette: Made with a wholesome six grain blend, this slightly sweet baguette has an open, airy texture with an earthy flavor.

STEP 1: DEFROST
Place the product on its stand and leave to defrost for 0 to 10 minutes in the refrigerator.
STEP 2: BAKE IN VENTILATED OR ROTATING OVEN
Preheat your oven to 190 - 200°C.
Take the cake out of the freezer. Then, place the product on a baking tray and heat in the oven for 12-14 minutes.
STEP 3: COOL BEFORE SERVING
Allow to stand for about 30 minutes before serving.

Rã đông sản phẩm trong năn mát tủ lạnh trong 0-10 phút.
BƯỚC 2: BAKE IN VENTILATED OR ROTATING OVEN
Làm nóng lò nướng ở nhiệt độ 190 - 200°C.
Lấy sản phẩm đã rã đông từ ngăn mát, cho lên khay, nướng bánh bằng lò nướng trong 12-14 phút.
BƯỚC 3: TRƯỚC KHI THƯỞNG THỨC
Chờ bánh nguội khoảng 30 phút và thưởng thức.
